Mouth Phil in my opinion is the worse sculpt of all 10 2nd Series figures but that doesn't mean i don't like it nor does it mean that its a bad sculpt. All 4 colours have been discovered all colours being fairly easy to obtain. Blue is the rarest with only 2 known to exsist within 2nd Series collectors. Yellow seems to be the most common colour with 4 having been discovered then Green and Red both with 3. (stats not 100% accurate) The figure can vary on value with the last being sold for $180.
